GRAND CHAPITRE INTERNATIONAL 2023 - Nice

We are delighted to meet you again for this new International Grand Chapitre, moving between Nice, where our meetings and two dinners will be held, and Cannes, where we will have the chance and privilege to dine (in white!) on the beach of the Martinez Hotel... A "never done before" for the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs!

For this new edition of our international competition, Bailli Délégué Sékumady Condé and his team have proposed an excellent programme, from an excursion to Goriška Brda vineyards to a wine tasting at Grajsa Vinoteka and Hram Strelec (The Castle Wine Bar and Wine Shop) in Ljubljana.


The Semi-final will take place at the InterContinental Hotel on Friday, September 15th, followed on Saturday morning by the Final at Ljubljana Castle, where the Awards Presentation, Induction Ceremony and Gala Dinner will close this spectacular event.
