Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Mexico 50th Anniversary / Café des Artistes
The international comitte was taken already to live the experience during the day to a city tour in Puerto Vallarta where kindly Ceci Rupprechter Regional BAilli wife showed them our beautiful city.
At night some people had not totally get over the night before gastronomic coreography when arriving to our Bailli Dèleègue Cafè des Artistes restaurant it felt totally welcome by the warmth of the gardens of the Café. During the coctail Johnnie Walker Green Label was served while the guests took the traditional media pictures.
Every event and every single chef has its own personalilty and escence. The night before was totally visual but this closing night event was concetrated on the flavors that made the hearts of the guests smile.
While talented Adriano played the arp the fisrt course was served Terrina de Foie and smoked Angula over mango jelly, passion fruit and fried onions maridated with Veuve Clicquot Carte Jaune, next a warm tomato risotto , truffle and corn fresh tomatoes, friedmaridated with a Chardonnay Decoy. At that moment the kind violinist visited every table to play guest song choices one plus belle than the last one, at the table espectacular cod fish with vegetable chips, artichoke mousseline and fennel, permesan cheese emulsion maridated with Chardonnay Decoy , the surprise was a suckling Lamb with a crunchy espaldilla, pistachio chop, vean siphon and fried chili, vinager beans, onion, minth, maridated with a Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon Knights Valley.
For dessert, Marichi music escorted the hereux Chocolate Profiterol and berries intense chocolate mousse, chocolate chantilly and Johnnie Walker Green Label and extra de Macarons.
Couldn`t miss the aknowledgements by our honor guest Vicepresident of La Chaine International Madame Marie Jones to the service brigada, Chef Lara Castellòn, the host Thierry Blouet and his wife Madame Rosè Blouet, Regional Bailli Andreas Rupprechter and wife Ceci Rupprechter, the recently promoted Chargèe des Missions and to a great Chaine friend Bailli Honorarire Jean Berthelot who also in his speech thank personally all of the involved for this 50th aniiversary celebration.
To close the evening Thierry Blouet promised that 2018 events will be same or more exciting for the internional Jeunes Sommelier coucurs and Chapitre events. Bailli Dèlèguè thankrd deeply madame Marie Jones for visiting our Country and all the events that she at some point described as a great culinary marathon.
