Mario and Laura Castro, Cuernavaca Bailli  and his wife  were  amazing hosts for La Chaîne  Cuernavacca event.They always show their passion about La Chaîne, this time,  received the international delegation that previously visitated the charming sorroundings of Cathedral and Borda Gardens, to Las Mañanitas hotel-restaurant  with traditional margaritas and coctails “Verde Mar” based on Johnnie Walker and canapes such as escamole tacos,  pig´s trotters, bean tlacoyo, and red ceviche. The colorful and splendid full of vegetaton location showed pefect weather, cranes and peacocks walked freely around the guests and  of course, posing for the family picture too. This place looks exactly as we remembered years ago or  even better, some members witnessed the opening back in 1955.

Once coctail finished the guests occupied the terrace to have lunch. The first course was blue crab salad maridated with a  Chenin Blanc Casa Madero 2016   to continue with a suprising froglegs dish maridated with a Voignier Casa Magoni 2014, to jump the the Mañanitas style jumbo shrimps maridated with a Uriel Adobe Guadalupe 2016,  as fourth course beef tounge maridated with a Bodega tierra de Cuna Pago De Vega 2014. For dessert was offered mamey budin and  Black Bottom Pie.
