With nearly 25,000 members, the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an International Association of Gastronomy now established in over 80 countries bringing together enthusiasts who share the same values of quality, fine dining, the encouragement of the culinary arts and the pleasures of the table. The distinctive character of our association is to bring together amateurs and professionals, from all over the world, whether they are hoteliers, restaurateurs, executive chefs or sommeliers, in the appreciation of fine cuisine.

Celebration of the World Chaîne Day at home 

Despite our local restrictions and social distancing in México we keep our friendship and camaraderie spirit! We shared joy from our Chancelier Alejandro Rodriguez and wife from their home in Valle de México Bailliage, Puerto Vallarta Bailli Andreas Rupprechter and Ceci Ruprechter, Puerto Vallarta pro member Gilles Lefort and his wife Margarita Lefort honoring Frida Kahlo,  Bailli du Zacatecas Galo Borrego and Family and also a member roasting beef from home in Zacatecas too,  a very joyful video from Philippe Fournier our Bailli  de Cozumel, our Bailli Nestor Ospina getting ready for a "zoom  toast conference" with his bailliage and last but not least our Bailli Délegué and beloved wife our officier Rosé Blouet and daughter Vanessa Santoyo, Rotisseur cooking from home. 


We also enjoyed getting in contact with our friends in China, Russia, Spain, Greece, Sueden, Portugal, France, USA, Italy, Canada, Germany, Australia, Libanon, Finland, Nairobi,  among others.  


We will  be reunited in our Bailliages, strong, healthy and happy.
